My overall goal is to lose 50 lbs. My goal is to get down to 180 or 190bs and less than 10% body fat.
I want to have muscle definition in my shoulders, arms and pecs. I want to look as good as half of the guy's before pics on the site. My goal is to be able to take my shirt off in public and go swimming. I also want to get my waist for 46" to 32".
I have had bad posture my whole life and want to improve it. When I try and stand up straight and keep my shoulders back I get really light headed and my back will hurt for days.
Does anyone know any simple exercises that could inprove my posture? Thanks!!!
Thanks for the comment Starchild. Please post pics of your progress! None of us are happy with the way we look. That is why we are exercising and getting our bodies in better shape with each passing day! :)
the most important thing is nutrition! i didnt see much progress untill i started eating right along with my workout. if you believe your overweight then concentrate on losing the weight first, then build muscle later when you are more trimmed down, if you would like some help with your diet or workout private message me and i will give you some ideas or examples
