How I Started:
Was interested in changing up exercise routine; recovering from exercise bulimia.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so strong and confident. I feel like I can do anything after a lifting session. I also feel more confident because I'm one of the only girls doing free weights in my gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing how I'll feel, knowing the results I will get, having the weight I can lift go up, reading magazines like Oxygen, etc.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
It's annoying if it's very loud and frequent, but sometimes you can't help it.
