I hope so this final midsection fat is been fighting me. I hate the fact that my ab muscle sticks out. I was told I could not do anything about that. Therefore I have to get all the fat off. The least little fat on my abs make it look bigger than what it is. I have to make sure I am eating 5-6 meals a day otherwise I start holding fat. that is how I got in this mess.
