My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

I have started working out at Gold instead of at home I do shoulders Mon. Chest and tri's Tues. I run on Wed. Thurs. is back& bi's Fri. I do some type of cardio Sat. am is legs off Sunday I have been hitting 4 to 5 excersises 4-5 sets each per body part every 6 weeks I do 2 weeks of drop sets I was doing a month of drop sets but I get so weak doing them that I am afraid of getting hurt. I try to hit 2 grams of protien a day per pound of body weight I eat really clean body is changing alot but I am not getting any heavier have almost given up on putting weight on

  • The bummer is I was bulking just quit eating as much since I can't lift down 6 lbs and the goal was 230 before I start cutting for October tank doesn't steal my food but sits there with those big old sad eyes and I cave ever time so guess you could call that stealing LOL have a great day girl 8)

  • Thanks Rhonda I cut back on everything due to no lifting have lost 6lbs. Appetite has left the building hopefully I don't go down to much have a greatday enjoy the rest

hformaus Thanks, Stan. I had a tough weekend with my diet...for what bb.com considers a proper diet. But, I've learned I need to plan better for next weekend. warriorbeast I hear ya! yes indeed. I had a little frozen yogurt last night about 300 cals worth. I am dieting down now for 21 days to really dry out before i bulk up for 3 mnths. so i wont feel guilty about that. 45ANDFABULOUS Thanks Stan this is a regroup week for me. The last 3 weeks have been crazy 2 proms, 2 graduations, several dinner celebrations and on top of that I started school last week. So Im feeling all over the place, Im going to give my body some TLC yoga, massage, chiro, my back has been more sore than usual and I have to tighten up the diet.
