I have lifted weights on and off most my life I am getting old enough that it is time to get into good shape or start buying alot of life insurance.

I feel alot better when I work out

At one time in my life I weighed in at 228 with a four pack looked good I want to return to that body

I do back and bi's monday chest and tri's tuesday legs thursday shoulders and traps friday I jog 1.2 miles and walk a 1/2 mile every morning unless it is freezing or snow those days I do an old beach body cardio video either one take about a half hour I always walk my dog on saturday and...

I love the p90 x work out. I am just starting again! I enjoy it. sometimes it's a little boring... but it does the body good. i need to get new progress pics up..
