Background
Many years ago I developed a love for the sport. Started out using concrete blocks and broom handles, lol. But eventually I saved up enough to start buying weights. I wish I could have been going strong with it now for the past 8 years but life has a way of breaking up your dedication to routine at times. So Im back once again and this time at this age I can see it being a constant commitment and am looking forward to some long term results over the years as well as enjoying the more immediate results. Thankfully muscles used to traingin don't take long to come back to decent form but I'm taking these few months to assess and deal with any muscle imbalances and start training my muscles to lift in exemplary form which I really feel is the key to charting good progress.
Lifting things is always a personal challenge and perhaps one of the most rewarding simple tasks one has to do. Body building takes it one step further to isolate and focus on every nerve firing to contract that muscles in an exact and calculated way to accomplish your goal. Its about building a stronger body and knowing that the results will serve you well in every aspect of life that you embrace.
