I needed to find some form of exercise that would have built my body and make me lose weight to be lean at the same time and i discovered body building was it
Why I Love It:
I like to look and feel good in my uniform at work in the Airport. Also for my own personal development in fitness and health
How I Stay Motivated:
i have been doing a roller coaster ride a while now with my training in that whenever i get to the physique that i want i have always found some stupid reason to avoid going to the gym. I am getting older so i motivating myself by saying when i take it off this time, it have to stay off no matter what and i now have bodybuilding.com to help me with all the information i am getting at my disposal

Yesterday felt great being back in the gym after my ankle injury. The guys were glad to see me and my workout was great its a first step i am glad to take all over
went to the gym this evening worked on chest, triceps and abdominal. workout was great. having not been in the gym since September last year i am weak cant wait to buy some protein
