presently, 165 pounds wiv a 6/6 pack(yea datz one large family pack) i reali wanna lose da beta part o da fat dat i've put on while tryin ta gain size. not understandin da need of a gud instructor den, i piled it on wiv da big mac and smokin joe's: viz ma own way. resultin in a lotta empty calories. also trynna be regular at da gym. hope ta get a l'il mo size (consistin o less fat and mo muscle) and ta increase da intensity. letz c how it goes by da end o dis month and den we'll take it ta da next level.

Yeah man, with time constrains, you have to make do with what you have. I have not done cardio in about 5 or 6 months.
