I've been eating carelessly for the past 5 months and have gained 15 lbs. of fat.I haven't had time to be consistent with a workout plan and have not seen many results. My goals are to change this and be on my way to a better physique in half of the time that it took for me to go downhill.

Don't worry you will lose that fat and gain that muscle as long as you stick to your diet and exercise. (That is what everybody tells me)
