Goals:
Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): Dare to Dream - my first comp is in July 2008!
Goal (Long): After losing 31kg, I am much happier, but still feel my bodyfat is too high, and I would also like to compete in a figure comp next year. So I am currently working on a weights and cardio program and trying to find a balance where I can maintain my muscle mass whilst losing that dreaded bodyfat, can it be done? Yes it can!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%
