After losing 30kg, I decided I didnt want to be just thin, I wanted to be fit and tight!
Why I Love It:
The rush you get from being so healthy and the benefits.... I am still finding new incentives of working out!

My ipod, finding great gym clothes, and mixing up the workouts keeps things interesting

After losing 31kg, I am much happier, but still feel my bodyfat is too high, and I would also like to compete in a figure comp next year. So I am currently working on a weights and cardio program and trying to find a balance where I can maintain my muscle mass whilst losing that dreaded bodyfat, can it be done? Yes it can!
