What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
i think squats because if you dont have the proper technique which is so easy to do you can severely get hurt, and get set back.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
i dont do it but it just shows you they are pushing even harder to reach their goal
