Current Nutrition GOALS (in progress) EAT CLEAN!! (Like i said work in progress) Omitting packaged/proccessed foods. Main diet: Lean meats, fruits, veggies, whole grains and limiting my dairy consumption. (Also, eating fruits/carbs in the early part of the day and limiting/omitting in the evening. I try to eat every 2-3 hours. 3 smaller main meals with healthy snacks in between. Following a 1450-1750 calorie diet. Making sure to add additional calories on HIGH intensity/longer... My current training program Teaching Variety Fit 5 days per week (Total Body Strength Training with burts of cardio). Additional Cardio: 2-3 x week running between 3-5 miles Additional Strength Training: Following Jamie Eason's Live Fit Program weeks 7-12. Following: Arms/Abs/Back/Legs/Shoulders from her program. Omitting : Chest/Cardio from program. Goals: Lose 10 lbs (lean out)
