I have been an athlete all my life and an avid GYM RAT! I recently decided to really change my body and hopefully compete someday!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
too much weight, bad form, lack of nutrition
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
squats without a spotter because there is no out if you lose it.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?

Today is my first day of dieting... EVER!! In the past when I wanted to lose weight or cut up I did crazy cardio, quit lifting and watched what I ate. Now we're on drastic measures. I'm shooting for 1600 cals today. Any suggestions?
