Background
I started or shall I say re-started when a brand new gym opened a mile from my house. It started as mostly cardio to help lose a few gained pounds, but slowly proceeded into more and more strength training.
Weight training makes me feel so good physically and mentally. It is what I call my little "siesta" in the middle of my work day although instead of rest, I work my ass off. I love to see the steady progress and reap the rewards. Hubby of 18+ years appreciates it too!!
