How I Started:
A friend of mine got me into lifting and I've been at it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love being in shape, and I love the constant challenge of pushing yourself to improve everday in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read articles and do research. I recently went to a competition where I met "Mr. O" Jay Cutler and I don't think I will ever need another form of motivation again.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't compete, but I wouldn't call bodybuilding a hobby, I'd call it more of an obsession. Working out makes me feel great. There's nothing more satisfying than feeling the deep burn in your muscles days after a hard workout. That's when you know you're doing something right.

Just bought some N.O. Shotgun the other day and I have never tasted a more rancid supplement in my life. Everytime I drink a glass of it I'm borderline puking..on top of the the effects aren't that great. I can't wait to be done with it and get back on N.O. Explode

I dont go to planet fitness, but I do know why it sucks. Make sure you dont make noise or drop weights!! Seems to work for you, low bodyfat, great abs..........nice
