I started with Yoga 2x a week and realized I was seeing gains in my arms when my shirts started fitting tighter. So then, using some of the workouts in Oxygen, I started training myself. For awhile, I worked out with a trainer, went back to training myself. Now, I work with a competition team, Team Physique, in Tysons, VA.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy it gives me. I love the rush I get when being able to chase my 2 year old around the house.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read, I research, I talk to other fitness minded individuals. I meditate. I share my knowledge. Each day is a new experience. Each one, better than the last.

NGA Potomac Cup - Figure Short - 3rd place

Stacia, the only BSN product I use is NOXplode and I love that. I take it about 30-45 min before my workout. The other BSN stuff I do not use. Good luck in 07.
