Reason: this man does not know the meaning of the words "slow down" or "take it easy". :) He's always pushing it 110% all of the time ... and won't sacrifice getting out and having a good time (playing tennis) in order to possible preserve a bit of the muscle he's developed. Speaking of that, Steve's generated a build from his gym in the garage that few of us will even get close to no matter what the facilities we have at our disposal.

Reason: To start off with, Matt just has a flippin' awesome build ... looks great from any angle no matter how he's judged. On top of that he puts his muscles to work ... these just aren't for show ... be athletic pursuits or whatever.
Reason: Ryan epitomizes what I think the best goals are ... to be strong, aerobically fit ... to be in good shape by any means you're evaluated ... strength, size, physical conditioning, etc.
