to be able to racewalk a marathon in under 5 1/2 hours, to do chins with my own weight for 10 reps, get the bf% down to the lower teens and to be fit enough to be able to do most activities with a moment's notice instead of trying to get into shape for it.

Or otherwise known as "Ah ... Phoenix" ... 'cuz the 1/2 is done in Jan. I've been in Phoenix in July and then it's definitely "Argh!! Phoenix!!!".

But the weather was Mahvulous!! Lows were in the lower 50s at night, and highs in the middles 70s ... no clouds in the sky. ...

Glad to hear your still at it, too many drop off this time of year. It's kinda funny cause I'm outside doing my cardio after the weights now. I've never liked indoor machine cardio, it just had to do after the accident, my docs didn't want to find me on the street...lol Keep up the good work Buddy, I'll be looking for some "Buff" pics now so don't let me down...lol

Absolutely correct!!!! I eat whatever I want up to a certain amount and the rest, resume eating! I try to get in about 4500-5000 cals both days of the weekend.
