Get discipline and consistency! Then the physical goals will fall into place.
Goal (Long):
to be able to racewalk a marathon in under 5 1/2 hours, to do chins with my own weight for 10 reps, get the bf% down to the lower teens and to be fit enough to be able to do most activities with a moment's notice instead of trying to get into shape for it.
Well, seeing as this is T+85 hours it's obvious that I didn't kill myself (I hope!). I'd like to give a big "THANKS" to everyone in the Phoenix area who ordered great weather 'cuz it sure was delivered .... lows about 45, highs about 67 and no wind or rain. Great weather to be...
i know..i am a walking sore spot.lol..hell i am a bodybuilder..we would eat shit if it had enough protein in it and if we only had one leg we would work it until we pulled something in it...
yeah i know..and i tore my hamstring again** last sat..it will be ok..i can still do some leg stuff and i am not going to build that much more mass in 12 weeks anyway..it is what it is..and i will bring what i have to the stage ripped and drained..lol.
Haven't actually reached that 60 mile goal yet. 48 is as far as I have ridden. I WILL do it though. Thanks! You are right on about discipline and consistency. That is the toughest part.
Thanks for the compliment. specially on my legs. I really appreciate that as I spent so much effort training them for competition this year. Great stache; wish I could grow one like that.
