Get discipline and consistency! Then the physical goals will fall into place.
Goal (Long):
to be able to racewalk a marathon in under 5 1/2 hours, to do chins with my own weight for 10 reps, get the bf% down to the lower teens and to be fit enough to be able to do most activities with a moment's notice instead of trying to get into shape for it.
To start off with, Matt just has a flippin' awesome build ... looks great from any angle no matter how he's judged. On top of that he puts his muscles to work ... these just aren't for show ... be athletic pursuits or whatever.
Glad to hear your still at it, too many drop off this time of year. It's kinda funny cause I'm outside doing my cardio after the weights now. I've never liked indoor machine cardio, it just had to do after the accident, my docs didn't want to find me on the street...lol
Keep up the good work Buddy, I'll be looking for some "Buff" pics now so don't let me down...lol
hey man! i'm so bad at replying, but i really appreciate the words of encouragement. i love reading your blogs about marathons, i can't run so much because i've got two really bad knees. but i truely wish i possessed the physical stamina you have to do all those. keep it up!
Hey Stash,
Great to hear from you!
Haven't been on here too much, been in the gym a lot pounding weight and fighting with my tummy, (it's in denial...lol) How are things with you?
You putting the miles under those toes or what? Thanks for reaching out Buddy, I appreciate it..
D***, in Germany, the Big Macs have 550 cal.!!! Seems like there“s a reason why we are european champion in overweighted people LOL. Bon appetite :). Keep eating
Absolutely correct!!!! I eat whatever I want up to a certain amount and the rest, resume eating! I try to get in about 4500-5000 cals both days of the weekend.
Hey Richard, doing well sir. Just trying to survive the heat down here this summer. My motto is "Thin is is" this summer, I've given up on trying to stay big and sweat this much ;) How are things up North?
