i couldn't look in the mirror any more! i was 160 lbs and about 30% bodyfat. my family history was terrible - obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease...i didn't want to take that path any further.
Why I Love It:
it keeps me out of trouble! no, really, i love how it makes me feel...
How I Stay Motivated:
my students and clients inspire me everyday! i turn to friends and family for support. seeing other people set goals and actually accomplish them... that's motivation! i also schedule photo shoots throughout the year to keep me on track. i am grateful for what i've achieved so far, but i have a long way to go!
BB Accomplishments:
losing 50 lbs of fat and becoming a personal trainer. studying and training to teach the trainers. now i certify them! coaching other fitness models and watching their progress!
i train bi-tri-ch on mondays, legs on wed, shoulders and back on fri. i teach cardio kickbox on mon, interval training and cardio strip on tues, body sculpting on thurs, pilates on sat, step on sunday and do cardio a few more times a week varying between cardio strip, pole, kickbox and running....
