It's always been an interest of mine. My moms always worked out and that's what we did together. In 2004 I got myself a personal trainer and was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I've always loved working out. I feel great when I work out on a daily basis. Love the feel and look.

Reading books and articles to educate myself. Seeing results.

This was taken after having trainer for 1 month. I'm getting a little muscle! But I've got fat to lose.

Goal (Long):
It's time to achieve my goals!! I'm ready to get with it and start seeing results! I'm ready to go hardcore, ready to get rid of cheat meals, and ready to kick it up a notch!
I'm excited and had to blab! I've got a love for travel! Went to travel school, was a travel agent until 9-11. And now I'm going back to it!! I can't wait to get it going!!
This is the workout my trainer has me doing 3 times a week for a few weeks!
Legs-
Ball squats--2x20
One legged calf raises--2x20
close stance squats--2x20

Seated overhead DB extension--2x15

i'm doing great! i'm two weeks into training after 2 years off, and i already feel like a new person.
you going to san diego as a random trip or to visit friends? a good friend of mine lives out there, my sister is in Long Beach and another friend of mine is in Santa Barbara. it always seems like i'm too busy to make it all the way out there, though :(
