Why I Love It:
It benefits me both physically and mentally. The challenges and goals that I can present myself with and acheive. Keeps me young!
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting goals, competitions, and just knowing that it keeps me feeling and looking my best. And knowing that it keeps my husband happy and inspires my children! It has become my lifestyle.
BB Accomplishments:
Was bodybuilding at age 19, competing in fitness at age 23, power lifting at age 34, figure competitions at age 42, and back to Lightweight Bodybuilding! So I guess all of it. Just being able to do it all and enjoying it along the way.

Goal (Long):
Goal #1-Transform back to LightWeight Bodybuilder without losing feminine lines and qualities.
Goal #2-Competing in the Nationals Championships Nov. 21-22 in Atlanta, GA, in Women's LW BB.
Goal #3-Get my IFBB Pro card by 2010.
Goal #4-Motivate, inspire and help others to live a healthier lifestyle regardless of age.
Goal #5-Be the best wife, mother and friend! (This one is most important!!)
