How I Started:
At age 16. Three kids, surgeries and a disability with chronic pain derailed me for ten years. I love working out and lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of strength, energy and the natural high. I do not feel exercising is work, it is a pleasure. I need it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pics of my favorite male stars (Gerard Butler 300, Jason Statham, LL Cool J, of course Arnold, Stallone and Corey Everson, Linda Hamilton, Madonna and my trainer Melissa. I also look at Transformations on bodybuilding.com
BB Accomplishments:
In 12 months lost 35 pounds already, three inches off my body and toned my arms and shoulders and back. I have been able to run and do circuit training on my treadmill through my chronic pain now. Pain will no longer own me.

Man do I love being on my treadmill with Rocky movies on demand with comcast..talk about motivation! Between the treadmill and the weights..i love working out anyways so this is only more motivation for me! Especially the fight with Rocky in number 4 with Draco! woohoo..

So I am back working out after many health problems and a huge lag..slow going but I am back. I will not quit. Arnold and Grace taped to my treadmill keep me going. Thanks for all your inquiries..and support.

hey stacey. ive been one busy mofo as well. up at 5am and usually asleep by 10pm. have managed to keep my morning cardio but by the time i get home i am usually beat. i ifgure once i settle into the routine i should be good. how is the knee??
