It's just bad. Way too bulky in all the wrong places. 255 lbs.

This was sophomore year in college where i didn't know anything about health, I only trained to be strong for football. I'm about 255 pounds here.

I initially went on a mass-building phase for football and got all the way up to 285 pounds (here) but i was so out of shape and huge that I couldn't move. I was really strong though (almost 500lb bench, mid-600 squat). I was just way too big though, carrying too much extra.

This was about a year ago. I was pretty big muscularly, but I still needed to trim a lot of fat. I'm much leaner now, but I do have a little less muscle I think.

Big, but not lean. About 260 pounds, so i put on some muscle and weight from my sophomore year and I look a lot better, but still too much fat. This is the classic in-between stage from 2007 to now.

Two years after. I learned a lot about health and nutrition and how to develop muscle better. Like I said, i've come a long way, but i'm not there yet. I'm about 230 pounds here, 25 pounds lighter, but stronger and bigger (muscle-wise)
