How I Started:
I've always been pretty strong for my size, just never very muscular. And im tired of being the little guy all the time. I used to workout alot when i worked at a gym, but i've been slacking and not working out for about a year, so i lost everything i had worked for.
Why I Love It:
Working out just feels good.I love the way everything just goes well after a good solid workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just owe it to myself to keep going and work hard.
