How I Started:
I've always been pretty strong for my size, just never very muscular. And im tired of being the little guy all the time. I used to workout alot when i worked at a gym, but i've been slacking and not working out for about a year, so i lost everything i had worked for.
Why I Love It:
Working out just feels good.I love the way everything just goes well after a good solid workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just owe it to myself to keep going and work hard.

gah i completely forgot to respond to your PM...i got it when I was in a rush....but yeah, I was very inspired by her. She was just soooo talented and amazing at running. When she was a senior and breaking all of those records, I was just in awe. I also knew about her health/eating issues and I really admired her for being so open about it and overcoming it (if she ever did) ....what exactly did she look like when you saw her at the gym? was it a big difference?
haha thats so funny! I'm a big cross country fan and I saw all the records she broke and everything, and was always so inspired by her! did she keep running in college? and do you know if she runs/what she does now? I havent heard of her in a while.
