I remember when this pic was taken I HATED having to shop for this shirt for a profile pic for my mavs site.... it was horrible when I had to get a larger shirt than what I thought I would have to... I just look soooo unhappy with a my half smile.... ALOT has changed since then!!!

Kicking up my cardio has really helped make my midsection start to melt. With just 6 days left in making my goal for the month, I am getting very close and really excited about the changes.

When I was more slender before I was always platinum.. now I am workin toward being in better shape than back in those days so the hair change was a fun way to change it up... plus BLONDES HAVE MORE FUN

This is a collage of photos taken from before I first began to where I currently am. I began at 245 and was scary (there aren't a lot of photos of me at all from then) then began dropping the weight slowly, now a year from my real initiative I am 174 much healthier but still with some work in progress.

I have been working out with weights on a three day rotatin for a few weeks, the arm jiggle is almost completely gone and starting to see a little bicep definition

You can see in this the spare tire look which is not attractive at all..i have always been pear shaped so my upper body is the easiest to tone but my mid section and lower half will be the real challenge

I am starting to see all my additional cardio paying off in my hips which are narrowing a little from their former saddle bags selves... and my waist is looking more trim although still work to be done
