I was motivated by my hubby to get moving at the gym...he showed me that i could do it and with that i headed off and began my transformation of what i call "from fat to fab"
Why I Love It:
i enjoy being able to see the changes it makes in me, the stress relief it offers and the idea of being able to look how i want to with hard work
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think about my goal and how I will reward myself at the end and it keeps me motivated.. of course that means I really have to have something exciting worth waiting for...hehe

Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be in shape, but when I found out about the two contests I have entered it inspired me to really hit it up strong and get the work done. My goal, other than to be a contender is to get fit and show the world what the real me has always had to offer!

Thanks for the motivation! I was rollerskating with my children.It was time to leave an this dwarf(seriously) skated in front of me like she was daring me to hit her.Funny now but not at the time.I dropped to the floor to avoid hurting her.

It's less than 50 grams of carbs per day, if you break that, the diet will not work..
Once you go into ketosis(after about 4 days) your body starts to feed off stored fats..After 12-14 days, you get an all day cheat day, shocking your body..
But the keto is really high in protein and high in fats , fats to fuel you and keep you from losing muscle mass..
