I was motivated by my hubby to get moving at the gym...he showed me that i could do it and with that i headed off and began my transformation of what i call "from fat to fab"
Why I Love It:
i enjoy being able to see the changes it makes in me, the stress relief it offers and the idea of being able to look how i want to with hard work
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think about my goal and how I will reward myself at the end and it keeps me motivated.. of course that means I really have to have something exciting worth waiting for...hehe

Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be in shape, but when I found out about the two contests I have entered it inspired me to really hit it up strong and get the work done. My goal, other than to be a contender is to get fit and show the world what the real me has always had to offer!
Typically I don't do the two together but today I decided to pair back and chest and wow!! I didn't feel up to the challenge of cardio after a long day so instead I doubled up the bodyparts and OMG... by the time I was finished I was feeling that feeling you get when you have worked so hard...
Thats cool. I've been taking that new Jillian Michaels product... it seems to be working pretty well and I have only been taking 2 in the morning...I wouldn't mind trying that Cytolean...Let me know what you end up ordering and how it works.
