Sports in high school started me in my desire to be in shape and enjoy pushing my body to its limits.
Why I Love It:
The physical, emotional, and mental strength that it builds.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing where my body could be, these wonderful things called mirrors, and the gorgeous love of my life I fall asleep beside every night. P.S. Newest motivator- I NEVER want to have to reach around my gut to aim myself at a urinal... disturbing!

To compete and transform my body in the Muscletech Transformation Contest.

I was in the best shape of my life when I was 18 and a freshman in college. After that first year I let my body go due to focusing on work and my studies. I have a new wife and I wish to get back to being confident in my looks and fit enough to enjoy kayaking, rock climbing, and other wild sports with her.

hey if your goal is to compete, then i say you go for it.. What are you doing to lose body fat.. I would recommend doing cardio right when you wake up, empty stomache with one scoop of whey protein and water. every morning. and weight train an hour a day and make it intense. youll see results quick. message me for questions, i will give you good advice..

YES! There is light down that tunnel even tho sometimes it don't seem like it. I felt that there wasn't for the looongest time and finally I just said, I'm gonna do this, and it's working hee hee!! Good luck to u too!!!
