It's my passion. Mentality is the word, baby, mentality.
End Cut / Bulk Start on June 12. Long term goal: ~185 @ 9% BF.
Goal (Long):
My 88 Day Cut was from March 16 - June 11. During this time, I went from 162 lb. to 151.5 pounds (got to 149.6 at one point, but had 2 weeks of unhealthier eating). I started at 16% body fat, and dropped to 10.2% body fat.
I am now going to be in a very long bulk, and I hope to reach 185 pounds @ 9% body fat. This will take years, and it is something I will strive for eventually.
Description: Train the entire body using only your bodyweight!
- Jump Rope
- Handstand Push-Ups
- One-Legged Squats
- Inverted Pull-Ups
- Various Pull-Ups
- Weighted Push-Ups
haha thanks man! Cuts going well, I'll be able to reach my goal before college starts up again. And how the heck haven't we added each other yet? Weird.
It's a modified (improved !) version of the ama-gi. It's the first written reference to the concept of liberty (it's Sumerian cuneiform).

Right on man, I appreciate the respect you have, cuz of the knowledge it takes. Discipline, diet, exercise and time. Combine those elements and you will succeed. People get so disappointed when you tell them it was good ol fashioned diet and exercise...everyone wants a shortcut. NO way buddy, never...gotta earn it.
