Thanks for the comment. Basically I have my diet completely clean. Nothing but chicken, fish, oats, and veggies and I am hitting the weights exteremely hard 5 days a week and doing cardio 7 days a week, and walking at night. I try to get my deficit at around 1500 per day, and lift heavy so I don't lose muscle.

Hey man thanks for the encouragment. Can't wait to see your new progress pics. Cellmass seems to be working pretty good. I recommend it, it's always good to be on some kind of creatine. As for maintaining the mass while cutting, just make sure you are getting enough protien and you should be ok.

Hey man thanks for the comment. I am pretty convinced at this point the only way to gain muscle while losing fat is to consume enough calories and have a very clean clean diet. I try to make my deficit come from cardio and other exercise rather than calorie reduction. I posted a blog about shoulders. Good luck on your goals!
