Overall Goal: Gain weight through building muscle, keeping body fat low, and looking a lot more cut while fighting through the nerves of seeing the numbers on the scale increase. I need to associate the gain with looking fit!!

Goal (Long):
I have always been very thin but have never had any muscle. I have been working out for about 5 years but recently have started to train pretty hard on building more muscle and looking more cut. I want to be a healthy weight for my body frame with low body fat but lots of distinguishable muscle! I honestly would like people to look at me and say "wow, small girl, lots of muscle" haha!!
