I would first like to get my diet in order. I need discipline when it comes to eating. I know if I can follow that then I will get my goal because I have no problem in the gym.

Its been a while since I have been here. I have decided to give it another try. I have adopted a strict vegan diet and I feel 100% better. I have alos slimmed down alot. I was kinda slacking at the gym sometimes taking two to three days off at a time. Now I am motivated because summer is coming....
hell no... love the tunes. Im hell into it. You have great tastes. Pantera is an awesome choice, and hatebreed I realy do rate highly. I cant believe I missed there show :( good to see the girls into good tunes. I was impressed. I miss pantera :(

Ok...I have to admit something here. I can't knit for crap. I mean, I just can't do it. I totally suck at it. So there...that's the one thing I'm not talented at. :) Just kiddin', how ya doin'?
Yeah, it's got me stoked pretty good too. I think about that next pic before every workout. And yeah, you'll have to take a progress pic on tehe 25th like the rest of us :) But then you'll get the full time period before we do it again. I did mention that we were doing it again, right? :)
(ChickenTuna knows). I like the words "primitive diet". I've never really thought of it that way before. But yep...no big secrets to it: Eat clean and lift hard. That's all I do. Keep me informed on how you're doing and stop by to say hi anytime. Nice to meet you!
hi sherice, I don't follow anything in particular other than eliminating ALL junk food. Have you tried not eating any junk food or processed stuff for a couple of months? Experimenting is the best way to find out what works for you.
