How I Started:
I started to loose baby weight but I loved the results and the way felt after working out I started weight training and researching and here I am.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of gaining strength and power and the sculpted look of my body (the human body) after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use working out as therapy and stress relief, I love the end result and I now if I keep it up I will get to the competition body soon. Plus my husband loves my new body! Got to keep it up!
BB Accomplishments:
My thighs, need I say more ladies. We know what a problem they can be. They have never been smaller!

I am loosing focus and motivation with my workouts. A part of me wants to be lazy and quit for a few weeks but I know I shouldn't. What keeps you motivated???
