My workout program is as follows:
1) 3 days on, 1 day off consecutively
Day 1: chest, tri's and abs
Day 2: back, bi's and abs
Day 3: shoulders and quads
Day 4: rest (running)
Repeat for about a month and then switch it up...I'll let you know what that entails when I get there. |
