Back in my early teens I was as thin as a toothpick, and got pretty sick of feeling like I could break if someone pushed me, so I began training in my garage and eventually into the gym. I continued on and off so my progress hasn't been very positive until the last couple of years where I found a good routine and began seeing results.
Why I Love It:
It's amazing to see how you can change your body if you work hard. I enjoy seeing the muscular gains and feeling better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at pictures of me before I started training and realizing what a good choice I made.
