srujanashok The slipped disc pain has got me again... On bed rest for 2 weeks. I can see my muscle shrinking and my belly bulging again... :(

  • dude, u need to recover so take the 2 weeks to rest up but don't go crazy with the food, keep on the diet (with a few changes to help u heal, i.e. what ur do has told u )
