I first got started in working out when my best buddy brought me to the gym when i was about 15, ever since ive been hooked.
Why I Love It:

You'll love this one... I know an old-fashioned lady down here that will only chew gum while she's mowing her lawn! Can you imagine the looks she gives when she sees ladies my age out and about!?!
