Really just my conditioning even more. Bring up my calves a little bit and maybe add just a little more size to my shoulders and arms. Not too concerned about the size though, mainly just conditioning.

I do all kinds of ab work, the best for me are cable crunches for upper and hanging leg raises for lower. Abs are about the diet and cardio, no doubt about it
