It started with football workouts, then turned out into who could get the strongest, and ever since then I have been addicted to lifting.

Goals:
Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
Lose fat but at the same time gain muscle
Goal (Long):
Currently 255 lbs at about 19% body fat, I would like to stay at that weight or somewhere close and get down to 12% body fat and if possible gain muscle mass and get up to 265. Also get my legs back to strength, after a knee surgery a couple of years ago I still have knee problems and haven't been able to fully get them back to strength.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
