you have to really change your workout, try doing negitives after your routine, or use light weight with alot of reps till it burns. You just have to shock the body. oh and do your bench press on more of an incline, your chest will be higher. i'm paulas cousin joe in cleveland. use to lift alot in the army.

thank u!!! Im 2 weeks in to eating clean and strength training ive dropped from 29% to 27 my goal is to do figure but im having a hard time finding a trainer do you have any suggestions?
