How I Started:
i played freshman basketball in high school. I was about 6'1" and around 150 lbs. tiny! i was always a golfer and didnt really need size, but they doing weights and stuff for basketball got me interested. i played golf real hard my sophomore year and then started driving right before my junior year. now i could go to the gym on my own blah blah. i joined a gym around september of 2006, and started lifting. i began eating better and lifting hard. i am now 18 and about 6'4 about 200 lbs. around 12% body fat, not even close to wear i really wanna be, but ill get there.
Why I Love It:
i enjoy being healthy and having people compliment my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
others in the gym, women.
