Background

When I Started: Aug 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I Hit 30 this year so decided its time to sort my diet out and get the correct nutrition.I Had a look on this website and have been so inspired by some of the amazing changes people have managed to achive with there body's and Lifelstyles despite any problems they may have had in the past or present keep up the good work.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I Love the feelin after a hard workout,its great to pump some blood round the body makes me feel refreshed!
