I'd like to get up to 170 lbs, maybe 175 lbs with 12% body fat.
Goal (Long):
I've been a pretty steady runner for about the last 10 years but I've recently really gotten into lifting at the gym. My overall goal with all of my exercise is overall health and well-being, but as I've seen improvements in my build and muscle strength I've really gotten to like going to the gym and working out. I would love to gain a more muscle mass and while also slimming down. I still like to run so I don't want to get too bulky or heavy though.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%
