WHEN I WAS YOUNGER WE USE TO LIFT WEIGHTS AT OUR PARK A MUCH AS WE COULD AND I NEW IT WAS DOING ME SOME GOOD BECAUSE MY FAVORITE PART WAS MY CHEST AND HOW IT USE TO STICC OUT AND MY BACC ARMS BUT I DID'NT HAVE NO LEGS
Why I Love It:
BECAUSE IT MAKES FEEL DAMN GOOD ABOUT MYSELF WITHOUT FLEXING IT WAS THERE AND THAT'S WHAT I WANT NOW
How I Stay Motivated:
WELL NOW I HAVE MY OWN WEIGHTS TO WORKOUT WITH AND ALSO I CAN TALK TO SOME MEMBERS ON HERE THAT CAN KEEP ME GOING
my short term goal is work my muscles back in shape and then build a routine

WELL ALL MY LIFE I'VE WANTING TO GET SHAPE AND STAY FIT BUT THERE WER'E THINGS THAT GOT IN THE WAY BUT NOW I CAN HANDLE ALOT OF THINGS AND I KNOW WHERE TO THEM TOTALLY OUT OF MY WAY WHILE TRYING CONCENTRATE TO GET FIT I HAVE A SHORT TIME TO GET A GOOD WORKOUT SO RIGHT NOW I WANT TO WORK AS HARD AS I CAN WER'E HAVING A FAMILY REUNION AROUND JULY 4TH,5TH,6TH SO I NEED AS MUCH HELP AS I CAN GET,I HAVE 300LBS OF WEIGHTS WITH A BENCH CURL BAR,DUMBBELLS READY TO GO,I JUST WANT THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR ASISTANCE

Yeah your right man. You know what my main goal is to lose some weight. Right now I'm at about 205. I looked around at alot of people weight and stuff and they are about 165 to 180 with my height.So, Today I'm gonna run another 3 miles later after I finish this class work.
Thank you for taking time to write me. My mom was a fighter and she'd been fighting a long time. I actually haven't started taking any Protein other than what I get from my meals. I actually ordered some but haven't gotten it yet, also my trainer wants me to steer clear of protein shakes until i lean out some!
