How I Started:
Started lifting with dumbells and using a workout i saw in M&F. Later on i got more serious lifting for football my sophomore year.
Why I Love It:
Its something that I do for me, Im not big on team sports and this is something that i can control.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to get stronger and bigger. Compliments from people dont hurt either.

I want to compete in some powerlifting meets, gain muscle, get to 165 pounds.
Goal (Long):
I want to continue to compete in powerlifting but get more focused on bodybuilding. I think right now my main goal would be to get around 215-225 lbs when im older.(This will probably go up lol). I wanna help other people out with their fitness goals as i feel i research a lot and can guide them. I would also like to achieve a 600+ deadlift at one point in my life.
