Background
As a kid i was on the swim team. When I got into high school I started with Kathy Smith workout videos and then TaeBo. At the age of 15 I joined my first gym, and the rest is history!
The sense of accomplishment after a workout is amazing. It relieves all the stresses of the day. I love the way my body looks and feels. I know I am building a solid foundation for the rest of my life. I love the way it feels to walk out of an amazing workout drenched, shakey and focused. I get into a zone where I am centered, focused, and feel really in tune with my body, mind and soul. It's almost spiritual. It's my "me time"

Eat Clean Train Dirty
Posted in Other : Nov 20, 2011 12:41pmIts been a while since I've written here. I've been training regularly for the past year. I've packed on quite a bit of muscle weight. The last I checked (about 3 months ago) I was at 150lbs at 13% bodyfat. I used to be 14% at 135lbs. So that's exciting.
As a woman, accepting the weight of 150lbs has been a little hard for me. Especially since I'm lean. I remember struggling to maintain a weight of 135lbs. Now I'm struggling to get it to 145. But I'm not looking at the scale any more. It's all about the body fat percentage.
