I feel good when I look good. The sense of accomplishment. I eat better than ever. I feel amazing. And there's nothing like walking away from your workout shaking and drenched.

Looking in the mirror, and into myself. I was ripped at one point- and that motivates me to get back there

yeah i hit a little bump where i fell off track also i was liftin for about a yr and some months hard and i was ripped and now im gettin back on track trying to get back where i was so hotties like u can give me a whistle lol
