How I Started:
My freshman year of high school I was 5'10" and weighed about 135. My track coach Mr. McNiel told me I had potential but desperately needed to get stronger...the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
I love it because of the sense of accomplishment and discipline it takes to keep your body looking good. Plus I like being able to take off my shirt at the drop of a dime;-)
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing out of shape people, and knowing that I never want to be that person

Goal (Long):
I want to gain 15lbs of muscle, so that I can even out my physique. I'm looking to have a broder back and thicker legs, along with bigger arms....in short I want it all, while lowering by bodyfat % to under 4%.
Secondly I want to be in the best shape possible for my beautiful wife......
Got back in the gym today after a bit of a layoff. My companies national conference is being held in DC this year so everyone in up in arms due to all the big wigs that will be in town. So I've been putting in some extra hours which hasnt been good for lifting. With all that said this is...

Thanks a lot dude, as far as size on the arms go..hit the preacher curls, hammer curls with db's, EZ bar curls, and good ol' DB curls..This is pretty much what I do for Bi's..
