I get on there usually when I get back from the gym. But right now just drinking a protein shake and looking at some stuff on the internet gonna go lift here in like 2 hours. And same goes to you man great guy.

Currently I'm at 218lbs.If you ever need some pointers man I'd gladly help ya out. What kind of set up you have at home? But thats cool you wrestle good conditioning right there.

Well what I can remember how I got started was I took a class in high school and just enjoyed it when i first started getting into weight lifting I was a tops 120Lbs and I just wanted to get big but i don't play sports anymore i kinda did in high school wasn't a big fan but i do love to play basketball for cardio ha but you can definitely achieve your goals bro just train hard

Nice to meet ya as well Wayne. But i've been in Iraq for 6 months now. Well while i'm over here I wanna get to 230lbs Bulk then Cut. They have a pretty nice gym here that I goto it's one of the few things to do here which is okay by me ha I love to lift. But what about you man what your goals?

yeah i lift as heavy i can at all times ha but meal wise i eat just as much as i can a day not counting my cals pro fats none that i eat clean no junk food and just eat as much as i can a day and it works i need to get a planned more strict diet one day ha
