How I Started:
Well back in my hippie pot smoking days I used to get picked on by the bigger guys not physically more mentally. So about my sophmore year in High School I decided to start lifting weights I became addicted to the gains and how my body started transforming right in front of my eyes. So after my first year of taking the class at school I decided to up my knowledge starting reading books and magazines. Started eating properly started taking supplements and my gains just kept coming and coming. So my weight lifting coach had a group of us stronger guys pose for the paper for the school and the photographer told me that I looked the best out of all the guys and I had a real good look which made me feel good about myself and that's when I decided I wanted to get big and make something out of the bodybuilding world maybe a new look I don't know but I fell in love I still haven't competed to this day because I'm not sure what to do and how to so hopefully I can find a trainer to help me out in that area one day.

Hey everyone well I'm here in Kuwait right now and we been getting a couple days off which has been nice it helps to be able to set up a routine better. But I sleep during the day and lift during the night but tonight I was way pumped up to workout took my Animal pump and drank me a protein...
