It all started in 06. When I met a trainer at my gym who had competed in 16 different fitness competitions, winning many of them. I started training with her, going by the diet she gave to me to follow. My body just started to transform week by week, and I was loving!! it! We began to do strength moves that would be in a routine, since we had planned to compete in one together, just in different classes. I was so close, but due to an injury I was unable to workout for awhile. Ever since then, that's how I want to work out and what I want to do in my life.
Why I Love It:
FEEELS FREAKIN AWESOME I LOVE BEING STRONG AND LOOKING RIPPED!
How I Stay Motivated:
THINK ABOUT THE END RESULTS..HOW IM GOING FEEL, HOW IM GONNA LOOK!! GOALS GOALS GOALS!!!
NOT TO MENTION I HAVE A HUSBAND WHO PLAYS SEMI-PRO FOOTBALL WHO DEFINITELY IS MY BIGGEST SUPPORTER AND MOTIVATOR :) I LOVE MY HUBBY FOR EVERYTHING HE DOES FOR ME!
BB Accomplishments:
BENCH 175LBS ONCE IN THE FIRST COUPLE MONTHS OF TRAINING! THAT WAS IN MY WORKOUT WITH SUPER SETS TOO!

I want my body to be overal ripped and toned, by losing a couple percentages in body fat!
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to get into fitness magazines. That being said, I want the look of a fitness model;toned, slim, slender. For myself overall, even if I didn't get into a magazine, that is the way I always wanted to look! I still want to keep my strength and get stronger as I keep training. I may want to get into some martial arts down the road as well. I'm predicting, that within the next 3-6 months I will be there, or be pretty close to what I want to look and feel like.
Any females that have trained for a competition, or personal trainer that gears towards competition training, please email me, if you need a workout partner :)
